Ready made items are shipped within 5 business days. Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
All items are shipped via USPS.

Products are packaged with sustainable packaging from EcoEnclose and biodegradable packing peanuts. Occasionally we use recycled bubble wrap and packaging materials from local retail shops.

All sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with a photo of the damage within 3 days of product arrival. We will do our best to ship a replacement as soon as possible. This process may take up to 6 weeks.
